Read below for more information about what the day of your investment will look like

I always like to start the day with a brief introduction into who I am, why this is a passion of mine, and how this has helped so many on my journey. This is to get you comfortable and understand with whom you are sharing so many important life details. 

A session will last no less than five hours, and it starts with us just chatting so I can get to know you.  This is a significant part of the process because I need to know you to properly guide the questions when we speak to your higher self. Once I get to know you, we will review your list of questions.  Many of the questions often fall into three categories—health, Career, and Relationships. You want to make sure you bring your list of questions with you to your appointment, and it's never too early to start your list..  Twenty questions is a good number to aim for when making your list.  Don't worry if you're a little over or under; everything will go smoothly.
After our discussion, we take a short restroom break, and when we are back, we get you comfortably lying down and ready. Just like you're going to take a nice nap. 
At this point, we have a chat about what you remember and all of the details that you want to know. 

Each session is unique to the client, and it's important not to have any expectations about the outcome.  The only thing I am expecting is that you will have a beautiful, relaxing experience, and your higher self will deliver exactly what you're ready to receive. 

The entire session is strictly confidential; only the client is permitted in the room.  You will be provided with an audio recording of the hypnosis.

You do not want to do anything out of the ordinary on the morning of your session. 
If you enjoy coffee or energy drinks, a little less than what you typically consume is recommended. 
You will want to bring an extra pair of socks when you get nice and relaxed, it's common for your feet to get a little chilly.
